I did have an issue with the curtains in my superior room. They would not close over the dramatic double height window, so sleeping was going to be a problem. They were only able to downgrade my room due to current availability, but I did have a good nights sleep and I would recommend room 403, which is a standard double."

"My room is spacious looking out to the lake from the window. The bathroom is spacious and modern. Everything is clean in my room. Staffs are friendly and nice. It is very convenient to take public transport like buses and metro to anywhere in Milan. The people in the Segrate are very nice too. If you prefer space and green land, it is the place!"
