The manager with whom I interfaced had very poor customer service skills and seemed more interested to havd us cancel our stay rather than fix the issues. "Secluded, very nice beach, very friendly staff, the beach bar is a plus, perfect for couples who just wanna get away from the major turist areas. Bed too soft & too low are my only complaints, awesome hospitality. "
