The location was excellent for biking and swimming at the River Road pool and attending Oregon Festival of American Music at The Shedd, downtown. Mother-in-law Cottage nestled in a garden behind the main house.

"Eve was responsive and helpful to our questions and requests. We enjoyed meeting her. The apartment is SMALL, as described. The bed is comfortable. You can cook or microwave food. You can not see the address from the street. There is a large fence, behind which is the house and then the cottage behind that. The area is fairly near to many interesting areas of Eugene. There is a good bakery and a laundromat nearby."
