"Overall it was a nice, small place. I would HIGHLY recommend you bring your own king size sheets - unless you like polyester sheets. And bring your pillow, they were absolutely horrible - like somone stuffed old socks and sweaters into a pillowcase. Also, the windows need repair, they are very heavy and do not stay open on their own. You can prop them open, but watch out for your fingers! The floors are VERY warped, but whatever, it's an old building. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean and...

"In a single word, DELIGHTFUL. My wife and I just returned home from BLUE RIDGE ESCAPE and we both think it was an awesome experience. The condo was beautiful and located right in the middle of downtown Asheville. And the fact the condo was dog friendly made it even better. The communication from the Host was spot on and professional and there were no issues with the condo. It was absolutely as advertised. The Arras building is exceptionally clean and the restaurant and bar were both excellent....

"Awesome location. Beds were comfortable and showers were awesome. The doors need to be adjusted. The master bathroom door hinges were very loose which made the door hard to close. Other than that it was awesome. "

It was within walking distance to many of the breweries and restaurants, incredibly convenient.We loved having the balcony full kitchen into en suite bathrooms.There are three codes needed to access the property, one for the parking garage, one to enter the stairwell and one to enter the apartment. "My wife and I had a great weekend in Asheville at this property. We were in town for a concert and had stayed in the building previously, but it was just as nice the second time around! The apartment is extremely clean and spacious, and the building and parking garage are very secure. It's walking distance to tons of bars, restaurants, breweries, and the heart of downtown. 10/10 would stay there again!"

Beautiful and windy March weekend in Asheville

"When it comes to hotels, I have never had a less-than-stellar experience at a Kimpton. This is our third stay at Asheville's Kimpton Arras, and -- as usual -- it did not disappoint. It's location is precisely the center of downtown, making it an ideal place to stay in the city, and the valet service is second-to-none, always quickly and kindly taking care of any vehicle retrieval that is needed. The room is lovely, and it was probably the most affordable one in the building. You can't go wrong, with any room you book, at the Kimpton. We'll be back! "
