"In the start there were a few misunderstandings and some confusion. Nothing serious. The owner is very kind and responsive. It's a beautiful property and if I'm in the area, I'll stay here again. If you're in the area for tourism be prepared for some moderate-difficult walking."

"This is a hidden gem that I highly recommend if you love breathtaking vistas, history, and wonderful service and exceptional hospitality. Went out of their way to be accommodating and thoroughly enjoyed the geothermal heated pool overlooking the valley. Spa services available onsite as well. Jacuzzi, massage and IR sauna. I came upon this out of last minute necessity and plan return trip there on my next visit. "

"Accueil très sympathique, appartement spacieux et la piscine est un atout majeur pour un week end de repos en famille. L'avantage de cet agri-tourisme est sa proximité de la gare de Chiusi (environ 10 km) ce qui nous a permis de nous y rendre en train+vélo! Les seuls petits bémols que j'y ai trouvé sont les moustiques: installer de vraies moustiauraires serait une bonne idée. A noter aussi que la ligne de train passe à 1 km: ce n'est pas génant du tout au niveau du bruit mais ca donne moins...

"This is a very large apartment in a 500 year old well maintained building. It is in the beautiful historic area. Do be aware that this is a VERY hilly area and you will have to walk up and down steep streets everywhere you go. That includes from the parking area. Cars are restricted from the area around the apartment without a permit. "

"Stunning property with stunning views. The room was exceptional…large comfortable beds. But the views! The restaurant downstairs was one of the best I’ve ever experienced, and I once lived in Italy for 11 years. The Ragu was best ever. The hosts and staff were friendly and did everything possible to make our stay wonderful"

"This was a charming property and the cellar wine experience was most enjoyable. I would strongly recommend this property. Breakfast was excellent and the 1* Michelin Osmosi restaurant was excellent. Had a wonderful dining experience. Montepulciano is well worth a visit. The wines of Fattoria Sventoni are marvellous. "

"Very satisfied with this choice of hotel in Oriveto. We arrived in the evening after 9 PM. No Uber or Taxi service. we contacted the Hotel and they immediately located a driver who whisked up to this lovely property which is 5 minutes to the Square and less than 10 to the Duomo. No hesitation recommending this hotel which is just as it appears in photos and is good value. "
