"This property is the hidden gem of the Tuscany region and is a must stay for anyone visiting the area. Our room was large enough for 3 adults (loft area with a single bed) and the view from the suite was spectacular. Breakfast was also fantastic (not included but worth the 10 euro per person). Very close to the train station - very convenient. Breakfast in the restaurant in the morning was small, but good. Highly recommend this location! "We really did enjoy our stay here. It’s an absolutely beautiful property. The only problem is that if you’re there in a cold season, be sure you crank up the heater in the room as quickly as possible because it takes a while for the room to get warm. Very friendly host And a very nice breakfast."

Called Expedia for a refund, since this is a double charge, with case # 179185339, they askes dor the evidence od double payment, everything sent properly on time. No answers so far two weeks after case was opened. Bad and expensive experience. "
