"Strong recommendation to avoid due to cleanliness. I got room 309 with had a completely broken door that did not shut at all; a toiled that did not flush as was brown below water; a shower that was not draining and caused a pool in 2 min of whoerr; extremely foul smell in the room and especially in the toilet. "The staff were extremely helpful and so friendly. The ladies cooking breakfast were so kind. We couldn’t work out the washing machine and they were so fast to come and help. They hung up our washing while we were doing the all-day Gallipoli tour. Fantastic service all round for an older hotel. "
