"The location is excellent for access to the city center. Parking is limited. The fold away bed was not comfortable and we had to purchase a foam pad to make it sleepable. The bedroom closet door was in need of repair. We would recommend to friends."

"Great location in the heart of downtown Exeter with the Cathedral right outside the front door. Restaurants, shops and Exeter Central train station all within an easy walk. Pictures are true to the flat and it is very well equipped."

"Just as its title indicates, this property is located in the Exeter Cathedral Close. The view is outstanding. This lovely flat is conveniently located in the center of town, a block from the High Street. The flat is well-appointed, modern, and very clean. Fiona and James were excellent hosts who endeavored to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Our family lives nearby and we hope to stay here again in the future. Thank you, Fiona and James."

"We had a wonderful week at Tina's place. Spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The location is really great as you are a very short walk to the city centre and about 10 minutes from the Quay. The kitchen is set up with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal if you wanted and the dining area has a beautiful table to enjoy it. The lounge area has extremely comfy sofas and is enjoyable to relax and watch great selection of tv channels after a day out. I highly recommend this place, one of...

"It was situated conveniently near to centre of Exeter. Communications with the apartment owner was prompt and efficient. Unfortunately there are flats above which are very noisy. "

"Perfect location - had everything we needed, including off-road parking which was nice."

"The flat is decently appointed if perhaps a bit basic e.g. a reading lamp or two would be nice and paper towels. Communication was a concern but apparently the vrbo system was malfunctioning so that wasn’t the hosts fault. The host did respond very quickly when things were up and running."
