"This is a really nice flat very near the centre of Dartmouth but extremely quiet, especially at night. Spotlessly clean and everything worked. A lot of care has been taken to decorate the flat with interesting and quirky pictures, shells, ornaments etc. I would stay there again."

"Nice flat, short walk to the lower ferry, pubs, nice cafe that serves a great breakfast. The peak parking in the marina is £10 per day, not £8 as stated. You can park around the corner up the hill, but the parking here isn’t ideal. The flat itself was clean, nice owner as well. I’d recommend it. "

"Immaculate and stylish property - actually looks better than the online photos. Everything has been carefully curated and thoughtfully presented. The wine, milk, scones, cream and jam were a delightful welcome. The balcony and living room window offer a superb view over the river and town and it is only a short walk down to the town centre. Quite steep so not for the fainthearted on the way up! It's a pretty town with great shops and the ferries were ideal so that we scarcely used the car once...

"Good stay, with a large comfortable, spotlessly clean, homely, well equipped apartment. Friendly staff. However, there were a couple of niggles, the TV was really small, old fashioned and not smart so no access to streaming services etc. There was also a surprise charge for daily electricity usage, which wasn’t mentioned during booking, and could really add up if you were staying for a few nights or more. "Overall the cottage is very nice and we had a comfortable stay. The cottage is in a good location to tour the South Hams and is peaceful and quiet. We felt some of the facilities were a bit outdated and tired, with a few upgrades to the details like fresh new crockery, a decent sharp knife, coffee machine and music player upgraded to the 21st century it would be a bit more wow for a 5 star from us."

"Great return visit! Views from lounge, dining area and balcony are stunning. Great to have en-suites to both bedrooms too. The attention to detail on cleanliness wasn’t as great as my first visit though. There were about a dozen dirty glasses, cups and plates, so I had to run everything through dishwasher on arrival and as I pulled back douvet the sheets had lumps of dirt on them. Other than that the place was v clean. I’m sure these can be resolved swiftly to resume usual great standard."
