"I was in room 21 toilet didn’t flush at all. I don’t think there should be smoking in the rooms it’s gross, the smell there some people that get headaches from cigarette smell like me an you can’t sleep an it stays on your clothes when you leave the hotel NO MORE SMOKING/ GO OUTSIDE AN SMOKE "

"Hotel was extrelemly clean. Room was modern with a mini fridge. The ocean is directly across the street and you can see the waves crashing from most rooms in the resort. The bed was hard as a rock. There are 4 different buildings with rooms. We stayed in the building with the long skinny pool. It was bigger than pictures suggest but no hot tub or changing rooms near this pool. The only other indoor pool is located in the reception building which requires walking outside across the lot to reach....

"Warm and welcoming atmosphere. Friendly staff and overall a charming old school motel. The condition of the room was flawless. Clean and organized. Bed was comfortable and clean. Parking is easy and locating it is simple off the Rt-1 bypass. Great for a night or a few! Complimentary breakfast is impressive. Bought a souvenir mug for $5 because we enjoyed it so much. "

"Great stay. Stayed in ocean balcony room. Clean and comfortable bed with a view of the ocean right from the bed and a balcony to step out on and enjoy the views. Easy Walking distance to the beach and the boardwalk. Highly recommend "
