"Joe and I had a wonderful stay at The Shed. The space and size were perfect and exactly what we were looking for in a English countryside cottage stay. The bed was comfortable. We spent plenty of time in the cozy living room reading and relaxing. The kitchen was serviceable. The heaters took a bit of time to get going but they put out plenty of heat to keep the space warm. Painswick is a beautiful Cotswold village and the property is a few minutes walk from the centre, where you will find excellent pubs, coffee shops and restaurants. A short drive takes you to Stroud where you will find all the major supermarkets and stores together with an impressive farmers market on a Saturday. Arriving to the most comprehensive "welcome pack" we have ever encountered we have no hesitation in recommending this property. 10 out of 10"

"Such a beautiful property right on the lake. It was perfect for our family get together and the teens loved being able to take their paddle boards straight off the jetty onto the lake. Lots to do in the surrounding area as well. Great support from orion holidays on site. Replaced the bedding for my sister within half an hour to help her allergy! Amazing team"
