"Everything about the hotel was good. Only 2 feedback- swimming pool size is not as big as it looks on photo. We had dinner in the restaurant. The main waitress was excellent. There was another guy from bar area who was helping her out. He was rude. He should not be working there if he does not like the job. All the staffs could not do any more for us. But this guy is ruining hard work of rest of the team. "

"Excellent location for visiting Salisbury. Friendly and welcoming staff. Quiet room and a good night's sleep. As a solo traveller I felt very comfortable here. Would definitely stay again."

"Although room was nice, small things like cobwebs on thermostats high up and a broken electrical box on the wall let it down The bed and pillows did not suit us for comfort but that was not really a problem "

"The reception area of the hotel is light and airy and very welcoming. We found our room quite easily and it was both comfortable and quiet. The leisure pool was a bonus although it isn’t very big so swimming lengths wasn’t particularly easy. Dinner was nice but it is quite difficult to get 3 courses for the £32 allowance. We just chose two. Breakfast was no more than ok. The coffee was terrible and hot food was lukewarm at best. However, there was a good choice of cereal and fruit and the freshly made porridge was very nice. "

"This is perfectly located for a business trip because my head office is based just on the opposite side of the train tracks which lie near to the hotel but the hotel is clean safe well equipped and very quiet"
