"The property is somewhat dated, but so are most of the places we saw in Eureka Springs. Our room could of been cleaned a bit better as we noticed the floors not spick and span. "Property is much quieter than others in the area despite being very near a trolley stop and other B&B’s. It has the cleanest and nicest rooms of the several other places I have stayed in Eureka. The breakfast is excellent with large portions and a balance of sweet and savory. And the owners are very friendly and efficient. Saw several returning customers at breakfast. Great trip and will certainly be back!"

"Quiet and clean"

"Sherwood Cottage is the prime location for any activities near Eureka Springs. The distance to hike locations, Eureka Springs downtown, and really amazing restaurants was great. The cottage was adorable, clean, well kept and stocked with all the amenities we needed for our trip. Patrick the owner gave us a tour of the property prior to letting us stay and was friendly and informative. This place was amazing and if we decided to visit Eureka Springs again. We'll be staying at Sherwood Cottage...
