Includes two full bathrooms with jacuzzi tubs, full furnished kitchen on large serene lot adjoining Leatherwood creek and nestled up against the bluff of East Mountain yet within easy walking distance to the shops, clubs and restaurants of downtown Eureka Springs. Vintage home on Main. 15 min walk to downtown. Lots of parking room. Had good communication with owner as weather was turning very cold. Had no issues. Good stay with an easy walk to downtown Eureka.

Sweet Place!
Such a sweet place. It’s close to downtown so my family and I were able to take frequent walks instead of having to fight traffic. We highly recommend.

Fun Getaway
My husband and I and 4 of our girls,15-20, stayed for 4 days while visiting my sister and we had a great stay. The cottage was cozy and conveniently located. It was a beautiful area.

This house was perfect for me, my husband and our dog. It was my husband’s first time in Eureka Springs and now we are both in love with the town. We would love to stay here again next time!

We loved the location. The house was older as is most houses in Eureka Springs but very clean. We had an issue but they took care of it quickly. We definitively would stay there again.

It is an old house that was fun to stay in. Had great A/C, and it was very clean. Two large bathrooms, one shower, and one bedroom. It also had a bed in an open area just off the bedroom. It had nice porches and it is a large property with a rock cliff just behind the house. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Location in Eureka Springs
The house was great for a quick trip to Eureka Springs. There is a great outdoor space and it is a short walk to restaurants and shops. Gary, the host, was very friendly and communicative and check-in/check-out was a breeze.

A perfect place for a couple or family to explore eureka springs. Loved the character this place had. The porch and stream in the front yard make it tough to want to check out when your trip ends.

This is a turn of the century home, but that's why you come to Eureka Springs. The owners were very easy to work with and the house is well located.

Quaint Cottage with perfect Eureka Springs location
The house was perfect Eureka Springs architecture and location along a bluff rock wall and creek through the front. We enjoyed the quietness of the house, outdoor fire pit and seating. The front porch was perfect for morning coffee, especially when the deer came up to graze. Thank you Gary for our perfect stay!

Cute little cottage getaway. Great location walking distance to downtown. Peaceful. Would recommend for anybody looking for a place to stay. Will come back.

Cute cottage close to downtown and easy access and parking great!
Cozy cottage and host very attentive to your needs. Well stocked. We were able to walk to downtown. Great for a family retreat for holidays! We loved Eureka Springs and the location and parking. Great fireplace and jetted tubs for a good soak. The one bed in the master was a little uncomfortable on one side but the other beds were great!

Sisters Trip
My sisters and I really enjoyed our stay at this house.The old house brought back good memories of spending time at our Grandparent's home when we were young. The location is great close to everything. Lots of fun things to do in Eureka Springs. be sure you have a GPS, you will need it to get around.

Perfect place for our needs
Excellent location close to everything. All amenities were as listed, and the beds were comfortable. Temperature controls were great. The dogs were happy, and we were grateful we could bring them with us. Downstairs bathroom made it easy for my 82 year old mother. Great kitchen. We would definitely book again.
