"10 out of 10 from check in until our departure. All of the staff were extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast area was clean and well prepared...the smiles from breakfast staff made our day! Our requests were heard and addessed satisfactorily. Room was very clean, as was the pool and hot tub area. We have stayed here before and returned because we trusted the property. We were not disappointed. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"The property was clean and quiet, but the heaters did not work in two rooms. When we turned them on, they smelled like something was burning. I told the front desk. They did not show concern, or offer any type of compensation."

"This property should NOT be a two star - it should easily be a 3 star. I stayed here on the way back from a conference after staying in a name brand 3-4 star hotel in a Texas city. Lea County Inn was by and large the way better experience. The staff was so friendly and kind and the room was immaculate with amenities you don't expect at their price point (nice toiletries, microwave and larger fridge, etc) and the bedding was clean and super comfy. It seems to be a family run establishment and every staff member I talked to was so friendly and kind and wanted to make sure I had what I needed. The hotel is safe, quiet and so clean. Even though it was on a frontage road, there was a nice park down the street with a lake. I don't know when I'll be back this way but when I do, this will definitely be my go-to hotel. A hidden gem. "

"We stayed here because there was a basketball tournament in Hobbs and we were very pleased. The front desk was very friendly. We even had an issue where I left a wallet and it was found and held until somebody could go pick it up. Very clean, very nice definitely recommend."
