It was confusing as to where you check into the hotel The young gal who checked us in coils not answer any of our questions concerning the room, how to get to our room, when the race track was running, or where to park.

Took forever to get checked in. Got to the room and the room was dirty. Someone’s food and drinks was left in the mini fridge. Floor of the room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in ages. Covers missing from the outlet plugs. Rooms in bad need of attention. Disappointing for the money you have to pay to stay here.

Staff was friendly and fixed the first problem. First room given to us had not been cleaned. So now, with luggage at had back down, Second room paper roll was broken and the refrigerator did not work, second option ice machine, Out of Order. The second room was clean, comfortable, But as Seniors a big inconvenience with the back and forth, for a one night stay.

The rooms smell really bad and very outdated and dreary. The parking for the hotel is horrible. Also the breakfast is bad too. For a casino I was very disappointed.

Upon arrive to my room, I opened the door and was hit in the face with a giant waft of sewage smell. I don't know if it's just the area or my room. It was late, passed out and went to work. Next day same thing. I asked the front desk for some candles or spray or something. They wanted me to walk down and get it. Was not impressed with having to make due on my own.
