"Since we planned to utilize the yard area, we found it a little disappointing, mainly needed a little more upkeep. Patio was covered with leaves and dirt, as was the table there as well, which could easily been improved with a little cleaning. There were also plastic bottles, papers, pieces of aluminum foil, forks and broken glass strewed around the yard. Also backyard gate only had part of the lock attached; so couldn’t be locked. All these things could easily be remedied to bring this nice...

"For the cost and convenience, this is a nice place to stay. We were there for only one night visiting family in Midland, and we had my older in-laws, sister-in-law's family of 4 (including a 4 year old and infant) and my family of 5 (kids aged 12, 7, and 3). There was plenty of space for us all and everything was clean and nicely decorated. There were some negatives though - the kitchen cabinets are literally falling apart, and the refrigerator had no handle. No headboards are actually attached...
