"A friendly and efficient welcome. I arrived quite early in the day but there was no problem with leaving my bags while I went off to get something to eat. The hotel is spotlessly clean and my room was a comfortable size with a good bed. I liked being able to open the window and dispense with air conditioning. Location is not bad, a brisk walk from Ulus Metro station and there is 24 hour taxi rank with a couple hundred metres. Overall, excellent value for money."

"Good hotel, good location, great staff, service and buffet. There is a Turkish Bath/SPA which I would have loved to try but just didn't have the time. It was just renovated. "The toilet in our room did not work, we checked in around 2200 and they did not have another room to move us too, so we had to use the toilet in reception. I would have expected a hotel with this number of rooms to have a call out procedure 24 hours a day for facilitiy failures that impact the guest experience, so it was disapointing that the staff on duty did not have any contingney arrangments that allowed them to call a plumber. Otherwise a good location, and a comfortable hotel."
