"We had an amazing corner room: large with big picture windows and a fantastic view of the Acropolis! The staff was very helpful and we enjoyed having easy access the rooftop restaurant. The breakfast room also had a nice view of the Acropolis."

"This is the hotel to stay in Athens. The location is close walking distance to all the attractions without the busyness and noise of the centre. It’s also very close to a metro stop. We had plans to change hotels for our last week to be closer to the centre but cancelled and rebooked at COCO Mat because we loved it so much. The inclusive buffet breakfast is not to be missed. The staff are friendly and helpful plus the hotel rooms are very nice and clean. Due to govt regulations the roof top pool and restaurant are closed but don’t worry. There are enough other amenities at this hotel to make up for it. Would come back to Athens just to stay here again. "

"Great place to stay! very close to the acropolis and easily walkable within 20 min to areas like monastiraki, psirri, syntagma, and plaka, as well as easy access to the metro. Lots of options for dining nearby and corner stores. Room is on the smaller side but ok since there’s so much to do outside the room. Laundry facilities and ability to organize taxis at front desk easily. Occasionally loud on the street at night with music and the walls are thin so you can hear people out in the hall very clearly. "

"Unfortunately, this wonderful property is located in a scary area with grafiti and crime. Our car window was broken into at the Acropolis. The hotel has the best breakfast ever, worth every penny. We would definitely stay at the hotel again. However, because of the grafiti and crime in Athens, we will not return to Athens, and recommend you skip Athens."
