"Good communication about how to access the property as I arrived after reception closed. The apartment was well equipped and it was ideal for one or two people, but though it claimed to be for 4, two couples would have found it very uncomfortable, with one couple in the double bed and the second couple inches away on the sofa bed. We are so grateful we chose this hotel as the staff was exceptional and so helpful, the room very comfortable, the spa was a nice addition and it's in a perfect location.
