"Just a fantastic experience. Deborah and Ron are extremely accommodating hosts & pay attention to every minor detail. Constant communication and making sure things smooth. Very reassuring. The penthouse itself is beyond spacious, with beautiful views of the city and brand new appliances. Everything worked great, hot water in showers, full kitchen, great decor and ambiance. "When we wrote our host to ask for check in instructions at 2:30 (for 4:00 check in that same day) we were informed we couldn’t be hosted due to repairs?? It would’ve been fantastic to have some advanced notice/communication about this so we weren’t surprised and left to find wifi/book a hotel close to the airport. "As advertised, this place is gorgeous. We saw an abundance of wildlife and enjoyed the views and sunsets. Some of the beds in the basement need to be replaced, but the master and the main floor beds were comfortable. Loved the separate zones for AC. Could use some better pans and the coffee maker is awful. Make sure to give the names of everyone in your party to them prior to departure from the states.
