"Received a call from the hotel 30 mins prior to arrival saying they were overbooked. When we arrived they were able to accommodate us with another room with a roll away bed for our daughter. They were very friendly and apologetic location is great, right on the beach. It is very loud at night since it is very close to the bars. If you are looking for locations it is fantastic, if your looking for quiet it might not be for you. Breakfast was a full breakfast off the menu which was great. "

Instead, the owner responded with this dismissive reply: "you booked a private room without AC, you can check also you email confirmation of the room that you booked, also you can check on you right of this chat that...
