"Hôtel très bien placé, refait a neuf, a environ 2 km du centre ville de St Jean de Luz, a 20 mn de Irun en Espagne, a 20 mn de Biarritz... Chambre très propre, spacieuse. Salle de bain parfaite, sèche cheveux a disposition a forte puissance. Petit déjeuner buffet très qualitatif, café thé, lait froid ou chaud, du salé, du sucré, laitages, fruits, jus de fruits, confiture, pâte a tartiner, viennoiseries, painS..rien ne manquait. Personnel accueillant et disponible. Bravo ! Continuez comme ça 👍"

"Lovely modern clean Hotel in centre of St Jean de Luz near to the shops and super sandy beach. Welcoming smiley polite and helpful receptionists. Bedrooms very spacious & beds super comfy. We loved the shower room with its green large modern washbasin. Showers were spacious and water correct consistent temperature. We would highly recommend staying here. We will return Thankyou for great stay Christina & Mercedes"

"Great hotel. One night stopover. Very clean. Travelled with our 2 dogs. Lovely walk from the hotel to the beach. Great restaurant next door. We arrived after 9pm and managed to have dinner next door. Our room was also upgraded. Would stay again."

"The room was basic and in fair condition but what made this a very nice stay was the friendliness and welcome I received when arriving. They even kept the kitchen open a few more minutes for me as I arrived just the dining was finishing. The meal was superb and they have a good selection of wines. The hotel site was conveniently located and reasonably well maintained. This is a recommended stay. "

"This is a majestic old (but updated) hotel with excellent service. They gave us a tour of the facility and explained all the available services. The whirlpool, sauna, and steam room were all included in the price of the room. They even upgraded our room to ocean view! What incredible service at an incredible hotel. "
