"This place need so much attention on cleanliness, my son and I have to pull out our sleeping bags, so we can sleep better. The room was not dusted in days(weeks)? They had a cat and went right inside the room, thank God we are not allergic to them. They own the place and sleep in the place, with their bedroom right on top of ours, I couldn’t sleep at all, because I can hear them moving around. "

"This was superb, our room was so beautiful French doors opening out to a terrace with views out over St Jean de Luis. The bed was so comfortable linens were of the highest quality , Our room and the property were furnished with beautiful antiques and collections. A very personalised accomodation . Breakfast was excellent . We wished we could have stayed longer. A bit of a hike down the steep hill to the town and restaurants. Best to take the car down. "Good basic Appart’hotel. Rooms were spacious enough and the outdoor pool was nice for a dip. The indoor pool with sauna etc definitely gave the standard of the hotel a boost. Nice 1 mile walk along the coastline into the city centre, or the bus stop is close to the hotel. Areas for improvement/watch-outs….. our room was not cleaned once in 4 days. "For the price and convenience of location this is a brilliant stay in Biarritz. We travelled as a family of four for surfing. Cote des basque main surf beach is across the road and down the promenade, 5 minutes in the opposite direction you are in the town centre with supermarket, bakery, market, restaurants and shops.
