"This is a very well cared for villa in a great spot just outside La Orotava. It is located in a beautiful garden, very secluded and quiet. The villa is well equipped and comfortable. The pool is a good size for swimming. The hosts are extremely helpful and friendly. We would recommend this villa to anyone!"

"OK indretning og beliggenheden er fin. Stille og rolig område, nemt at parkere. Lejligheden bærer præg af ualmindelig dårlig vedligeholdelse. Den er beskrevet med tre badeværelser, det er der ikke, der er to og et toilet. Rigtig mange småting som er utrolig irriterende. I alt var syv pærer sprunget. Køkken ting er ikke suppleret. Ok køl og frys, ovnen pæn og ren, men ingen plader og fade. En parasol som var så gammel og mør at den var revnet.To solsenge som var stive af års skidt. Det tog en dag...

"The property is just as the pictures indicate. A quiet and relaxing place to stay. The one concern I would raise is parking. While the area where the house is located is very quiet the other part of the village is filled with tourists all day long. While we were there the moment we left our parking space it was taken immediately. We made sure we didn’t return to the village till late afternoon when we could again find a parking spot."

"This property is in a rural area a short distance away from Icod. We loved our restful stay here. The rooms were a good size and it was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Pedro and his wife met us at the property on the day of arrival and although our canarian is pretty poor, with the help of google translate all was good. "Spent a week at La Chirita for a bird-watching holiday as a couple in our early 60's. The cottage is on the rustic side, but contains everything that you need for a comfortable self-catering holiday. The jewel in the crown is the location amongst the trees, in the foothills of the pinebelt, with a large, private, wild 'garden' full of native plants/flowers, and birds - canaries dominate, but there are also flyby's of both local pigeons, amongst other endemics.
