"The hotel has a very luxurious feel to it, set over multiple levels with lots of greenery and views out to the sea. The staff are all friendly and helpful and can't do enough to make your stay as good as possible. The hotel is well located with a short walk to restaurants and shops, although it is located on a hill so it is a little challenging to walk back to after a visit to the shops! Overall, a great stay and would happily return!"

"We liked the VIP status that was provided. However it could be improved with a more proactive approach by the staff. For example rather than waiting for us to ask they could take our orders. The afternoon tea was good but the evening canopes were a little disappointing. The surroundings were very nice and the facilities good, however we did not like the extensive use of towles in the morning to reserve sun loungers. This problem was reduced a little by having our own VIP terrace, but on our final day was not available because it was used by a wedding."

"This is a fantastic resort with a perfect swimming pool and lounger chairs, professional and caring staff and a top elevated location that maximises the amazing Adeje ocean views. If you are fortunate enough to book a one bedroom apartment with ocean views with a huge private balcony you won’t be disappointed. We stayed for 14 nights and loved every moment of our stay. We really liked the poolside cafe for brunch and the Spanish architecture and vibe of this resort. Our apartment was spacious, well equipped, having an excellent washing machine was a big plus. We enjoyed the safe walk down to the beach restaurants each night. Taxis are cheap if you are less inclined to walk. Our experience with the resorts day trip consultant was amazing. She is brilliant, as were the trips she recommended to Mt Teide and Masca and the island of La Gomera. We would thoroughly recommend this resort to other travels. If you haven’t been to Tenerife put it on your bucket list. The weather is perfect and the location idyllic. "

"As mentioned, the property does not have any onsite parking lot. The area around the property is apparently public parking. I had to park several blocks away after a day of site seeing, not a big deal for me, just something to keep in mind. The staff and the property itself was wonderful. "

"Stayed last year at the ritz Carlton and decided again this year. Staff are amongst the best very helpful and welcoming. The only disappointment was we weren’t able to play the golf course as it was undergoing a major greens over haul. However this didn’t stop us staying again instead we played elsewhere. "
