"We booked this through hotels.com and we got a confirmation however they did not nor did they receive payment. We arrived and the host Valentina was waiting for us (because we called). "If you are not sure where to stay, stay here! Burano was so perfect (way better than Venice IMO). Luigi is easy to communicate with and the house is awesome. A/C!!! We were 4 adults, and it was good space and we had everything we needed for cooking a full meal. I would definitely recommend this house and Burano in general!"

"Very close to beach and apartment was well equipped. There are 4 bicycles, outdoor patio furniture, grill and 2 chaise lounges. Also, the WIFI was good. Central to a lot of places that we enjoyed visiting."

"The actual site was great. Staff were friemdly enough. Lots of hidden costs added whilst tour the air con example is €7 a day. Mobile homes are tired need renovation. No cleaner cam for 10 days then camp site tried billing us to clean it at the end. We refused has we have been cleaning it daily. Restaurants are really expensive."

"Be aware: the listing shows only the units on the water. What you may actually be booking has no water around it. When we checked in we found that we were booked for a “Garden Unit,” meaning a boat parked on the grass several meters away from any water. Your view from such a unit will likely be weeds, not water. "It was located perfectly, for me I don’t like to be in the city so, finding a hotel that is closed to trains, bus, subways, streetcar, etc is importance for me and this one was! A 20minute ride on the train to Venice (surprisingly trains were on time for most of the time). So if you are like me then this is a great place! "
