"We booked this through hotels.com and we got a confirmation however they did not nor did they receive payment. We arrived and the host Valentina was waiting for us (because we called). She graciously let us in the gates and showed us one of two rooms to choose from which either one was fine. We were hungry and Valentina recommended a nearby restaurant that had great food. "If you are not sure where to stay, stay here! Burano was so perfect (way better than Venice IMO). Luigi is easy to communicate with and the house is awesome. A/C!!! We were 4 adults, and it was good space and we had everything we needed for cooking a full meal. I would definitely recommend this house and Burano in general!"

"PLEASE READ THIS..The system that this people have in regards to security is intense. YOU MUST HAVE A FULL BATTERY, EXCELLENT INTERNET CONNECTION, THE WHATS APP AND WII FI. They do not tell you any of this or the fact that there is NO ONE around to help you. We had travel from the States (13hours) we arrived to this place at night.
