"We were looking for a rental in the area and stumbled upon this unique property. The place is spacious but has cozy cabin vibes. The fireplace kept the place warm as the outside became a frozen wonderland. The kids loved running through the orchards and picking Satsumas before the freeze. The owners were easy to reach and helpful. "

"Older property that may need a few items updated (showers, TV's, chairs and sofas, faucets, water heater), and overall cleaning prior to our arrival could have been better (Keurig, wood floors, kitchen counters and table). The fire pit and ping pong table were awesome add-ons. Kids enjoyed both. Kitchen supplies (pots, pans, utensils) need an update."

"First let me say the host/ owner Brennon was extremely responsive regarding a few issues with our 5 day stay. Ease of keyless entry and check out was excellent. I was a bit surprised at some of the property issues once we arrived, however. The skylights were boarded up, the back patio has large sticks and nails due to roof repairs/replacement from a bad hail storm in Dothan the previous week. "Property owner answered every question we had leading up to our stay. Check in was quick and the owner was very informative by going over everything and showing us the house and dock area. The cabin was very clean and the upstairs was a hit for the kids! He took us on a tour of the lake in his pontoon boat and it was awesome.
