Front desk and house staff were very warm and friendly. My room was very spacious and inviting. My bed was also comfortable. My brother had an accessible room, and he shared with me that he could not sleep in his bed because the mattress was to low and uncomfortable. He had a very hard time rising up from his bed. As a result, he slept on the couch. So, for the accessible rooms, that is a problem. But, my regular room was just right. I truly enjoyed my stay there. I would recommend this property to others, and I will also check out other Springhill Suites in other areas.

Loved this place it was clean, new, comfortable! Only complaint is as a Bonvoy member I generally get complimentary water but they didn’t have any!! I had to buy for over $3.50!!

We stayed at the Dothan, there’s only one way in and one way in and one way out. To exit the facility I had to go through the gas station. However, the staff was very friendly and our room was spacious and clean. Would highly recommend and would most definitely stay here again.
