"Fab location with views to die for! Old building a little dated in places but very clean and mostly well maintained. The staff exceptionally friendly and welcoming especially Katie on reception who helped when I went to report my TV was not working. The staff is the restaurant were very attentive and the food was outstanding, quite the best sea bass I’ve ever had! Nice pool and steam room. Would definitely stay again…"

"Brilliant from start to finish, wonderful staff, helpful, polite and nothing too much trouble. Game changer for us as my wife uses a mobility scooter was the lift direct from the lobby to the marina/main road pavement , plenty of “eateries “ and pubs if required . We had an accessible room which was spotless and excellent for our needs! Parking is not available on site but this is clearly stated on booking, we have a Blue Badge but a lot of car parks do still charge, we purchased an 8 day permit from Torbay Council for piece of mind. Breakfast was ample and from what was available daily seemed to cater for lots of dietary needs- eg cooked Breakfast, White, Brown and Gluten Free Bread, Muffins, Soya and Oat Milk, Cereals,fresh fruit, yoghurt, Danish Pastries and a Waffle Maker! An array of Teas and Coffees and juices! To work of your breakfast if required a gym is available accessed using your room key. Didn’t take many photos."

"The property is apparently quite new and it did appear to be. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We mainly didn't eat at the property. Not sure but it appeared they were short of options. Tried to book a table for 10 and they very kindly let us know they were changing their menu and had shortages. There are plenty of other options to eat very nearby. My one issue that I would like to bring up is the £15.00 per day charge for our dog. ( very small dog ) The reason I think this unfair being. If we had stayed one night they could well claim the charge is for a deep clean on our departure. Having stayed three nights it did not appear they carried out a deep clean each day of our stay!? Therefore for £45.00 I may well have got the one deep clean on leaving, maybe. I just think a one off £15.00 per stay would be fare."

"Fab little find. A really nice hotel with lovely staff. Lovely rooms. Little bit of damage in my room but this was explained with a lovely note. Rooms are very well decorated and the bathroom was very clean. My only negative is the breakfast start time at 8am. With being at work I could have done with it being a little earlier. However it’s much more suited to holidaymakers. I will for sure return. "
