"Middle of March and still fairly cold .Main heating doesn’t stay long enough to heat up the apartment.I had to use the electric heating which run on a meter .I ended up paying £15 on the electricity meter for heating ,lights and cooker for 3 nights stay .The downside for me was paying to keep the electricity going .Just be aware when booking ,they have the old electricity meter where you have to pay extra to keep the electricity going for the duration in your stay "

"We had a fantastic few days in Brixham, so glad we booked to stay here. The views are spectacular, even on a grey November day. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need. Hot shower, comfortable bed, yards from the sea, Shoalstone pool (which had just closed for the winter but a few brave souls were in the sea) and the South West Coast Path. A bonus to have free off road parking. The hosts are friendly and helpful. Thank you Kevan and Gemma, we will definitely be back! "

Great place to stay

"We had an overnight stay for a concert at the Princess Pavillion. Ideal location for this as the theatre was within walking distance. Reception staff very welcoming and everything was lovely and clean. The room was spacious and the toilet/shower room modern and bright. Comfy bed and great selection for breakfast. No negative comments at all except that the hotel does not have a carpark but a public car park is quite close."
