"What a gem of a place.. great location, great communication, clean comfortable rooms and a brilliant breakfast. We would definitely return and maybe spend longer as it is perfectly situated for exploring the area. We were here for the Goodwood Members Meeting and it was only about 30 minutes drive. "The room was OK not complaining but the curtains need cleaning also i know it would be dificult but the outside windows are really dirty , The reception staff were very polite and helpfull Would stay again also recomend the hotel If i stayed again i would ask to look at room 222 to see if you have taken on board my comments or has this just been a waist of my time Thanks again"

"One of the best places to stay with a dog. Staff are very dog friendly and the property is quite large to walk your dog around so it's very convenient. The rooms also have a good sized bath so it was excellent! "

Amazing stay!

"From booking to check out this stay was fab; the hosts were great at replying to messages and providing instructions for check-in, the lodge is beautiful and equipped with everything we could possibly need and the location was great! There were 6 of us and we had plenty of space all weekend, every one commented on how comfy the beds were and the hot tub was clean and spacious! If you’re looking for a trip away on the south coast this lodge is perfect! Hope to be back one day soon!"

"The house was beautifully decorated comfortable and large. My family needed a large place to stay for my mums funeral.Alex responded quickly to all questions and the location was within walking distance to shops restaurants and the beach. "

"The hosts are very helpful and welcoming, The location is perfect, right on the beach front. The cooked breakfast was delicious and I will definitely be returning on my next trip. I had one of the non sea view rooms, but that does matter as you step out onto the sea. Lovely guest house"

New Year stay

"What can say other than A MAZ ING!! The house is stunning and had everything we could have asked for. My dog Bubba loved the freedom of running around the whole property and I could relax knowing he was safe. All the added special touches were very much appreciated. Bread, eggs, butter, milk, lager and processco what more could you ask for. Everything you needed was provided and the property is so clean. The only thing I couldn’t do was work the extractor but I just opened the window when cooking New Years dinner. Thank you so much for helping me enjoy my break. "

"This cottage is lovely, we fell in love with the well equipped kitxhen and pantry. The garden qnd house was lovely for our Labrador Gatsby. We went out and explored the downs and the coast everyday. Lovely pub qt end of road. The host is amazing, so friendly and helpful. We plan to come again"

Perfect stay in Ferring at Jo's flat

"We had the best holiday at Jo’s flat in Ferring. The location couldn’t have been better - a few steps from the beach - and the neighborhood was quiet. The private parking space was very nice. The flat was spotlessly clean, modern, very comfortable and cozy with great heating, comfortable beds, nice amenities and cable TV for time indoors. Jo was easy to contact, friendly and very helpful with all our questions. And she was kind enough to offer help, above and beyond, when we needed it. We would come back to Ferring just to stay at her flat. It was wonderful."
