"Our family had the absolute pleasure of staying in this beautiful home over Christmas, and it was nothing short of perfect. The attention to detail in the interiors is outstanding—every room is thoughtfully designed and beautifully finished. As this is a home where a family of five usually lives, it’s equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need, making it feel both luxurious and welcoming.Our 3-year-old was in heaven, especially with the wonderful toys in her room—she spent hours happily playing. To top it off, the house was gorgeously decorated for Christmas, and the host even left a wrapped gift under the tree for her—a sweet Jellycat-style toy that was such a thoughtful touch.The kitchen is a chef’s dream! It boasts a huge cooker with three ovens and nine burners, and it’s fully stocked with every utensil, pan, and gadget you could imagine. We cooked lots of festive meals during our stay, and the kitchen made it all a joy.The location is perfect: just a 10-minute walk to the sea and only 5 minutes to Victoria Park, which has a fantastic playground. The host even let us borrow a scooter and helmet for our daughter, which was incredibly helpful as we couldn’t fit ours in the car.The house itself is warm, cosy, and full of character. There are two log burners—one in the dining area and one in the living room—which made for lovely evenings by the fire. The cast iron radiators kept the house wonderfully warm! Can’t recommend enough! We loved it! "

"I had a very warm welcome on arriving. Check was quick with nice staff. Bedroom was fine with ensuite shower room. It was quiet at night and I slept well. Breakfast was excellent well cooked and great value as it was included in the price of the room. Restaurant staff were very friendly and smiled which always nice and doesn't cost anyone anything, so well done 👍. I will come back.... "

"We had the best holiday at Jo’s flat in Ferring. The location couldn’t have been better - a few steps from the beach - and the neighborhood was quiet. The private parking space was very nice. The flat was spotlessly clean, modern, very comfortable and cozy with great heating, comfortable beds, nice amenities and cable TV for time indoors. Jo was easy to contact, friendly and very helpful with all our questions. And she was kind enough to offer help, above and beyond, when we needed it. We would come back to Ferring just to stay at her flat. It was wonderful."
