"Rooms are spacious and fairly new hotel but the lights are strange that you either have to turn them all off or have them on."

"Budget hotel chain so no extras but facility is very clean and quiet. Breakfast is ok, not great-- limited options, not all great quality. The location is perfect for all popular sights, shopping and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. No complaints at all."

"Gorgeous Hotel, in one of Ghent’s most beautiful architectural landmarks. One feels they are staying in a museum of sorts. Perfect location. Bed linens fit for a King. Only drawback was my beautiful shower was up a steep staircase and if your mobility is challenged then this is a huge problem but I’m ever so glad I experienced this gem of an establishment. The staff is fantastic. "

"Great budget hotel just outside main city centre perfect ideal fir seeing the sights and a stone throw from train station. Rooms are small but are well maintained comfortable and clean great for price point. Checkin was simple easy and hassle free only feedback that i could give was you should be able to prebook parking with a code the street outside is full and costs so need to either have pre booking or place to temp park while you get access to carpark. Other than that small issue the hotel was ideal for the money and staff were spot on . "

"Beautiful hotel, we stayed for three nights to visit the Christmas market. We had a Pillows suite which was very spacious with a walk in wardrobe! Very comfortable bed and great walk in shower. Was surprised that the hotel uses single use plastics for bathroom products still. The bar was very quiet and did not have much of a vibe, however we did stay in the week and perhaps it’s more lively at the weekend, however the cocktails were great! One of the most chilled and enjoyable breakfast experiences we have had at a hotel! "
