"Dukes palace is an amazing location. Really central and super convenient. The hotel itself is a stunning building but with a real modern feel. First time staying and loved every second. "For the price, this was a good stay in a central location in Brussels, comfortable and clean with friendly staff. It could use a good renovation and paint job but then it wouldn't be the same price, right? The WiFi was spotty and didn't work at all on my floor for a day despite it being reported by multiple people and being told the would reset the router to fix the problem. Luckily it worked in the lobby so I could finish my work. "

"We had a nice stay , the location was perfect, very close to canals, markets. A 10 min walk to tram 1 or 3 takes you to the station. It says it’s 1st floor, but it’s up a flight. It’s huge space, comfy bed. Only negative was not enough TP , towels not enough for 4 days, and no internet. I did chat with support, no issues were resolved. But it didn’t hamper our stay"
