"My partner has a severely broken leg, we asked to be contracted as soon as the room was available as it is uncomfortable for him to be in the car. The receptionists said it should be available around 12.30. They still didn't contact us until just before 2.00. The toilet isn't big enough for someone with normal abilities to go in and close the door let alone someone with crutches. The shower is a great size. The floor needs a good wash. "We arrived late and appreciated the onsite dining. Our meal was good and the waiter attentive and helpful with local information. Our room was large but still without enough places to put our bags and possessions. The furnishings were tired but the linens great. We didn't mind no daily cleaning, we got what we needed by asking. Onsite laundry was handy and we especially liked the large outdoor drying racks. There is not much close to the hotel, the CBD is a 30 minute walk."
