"We enjoyed our stay. Although we had asked we had no instructions about where to pick up the apartment keys, which led to much confusion. Having used HomeAway for vacations in many different places we have never had to hire bed linen & towels before, which we then had to arrange at very short notice from the office. "Overall the accomodation was ok, nothing amazing but comfy enough, it does need some attention however. The major downside was the 'spa' facilities and the communication from the very rude staff members. The sauna and gym were closed due to Covid-19, this is understandable but there was no mention of this online, and I tried calling beforehand to ask but no one answered.
