Our room was taken by someone else when we arrived, we were told it was someone’s mistake at midnight, so we were sent to another hotel which had no promised parking lot available, also there wasn’t any water cup in the room, ridiculous and we need to get our money refunded."

However the directions given and address are incorrect and misleading, when I queried this I was told everyone has that problem; so why don’t they correct it.
