"Pros: Nice location, good size place for two families with kids. Has a pool. Cons: Hidden extra costs (bed linens and towels) and very stressful checkout (possibly due to English language). Pool was not heated enough for that time of year (15c) and almost all the door locks don’t work or don’t work well. Fix some of these small things and the place would have been a more pleasant stay."

"Maison située sur une avenue tres passagère. Entrée dans la cour difficile pour un véhicule dû à un laurier rose dont l'ampleur oblige le vehicule à frotter les branches. La hauteur du trottoir n'est pas accessible à tous les véhicules. Un four et un lave vaisselle seraient un plus pour une location de vacances. capacité de 6/8 personnes "

"Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette charmante maison. La piscine est parfaite car pas trop profonde et il y a de quoi amuser les enfants. Histoire de chipoter, si vous avez un enfant en bas âge cela ce complique pour le bain car il n’y a pas de bouchons dans les baignoires. Nous en garderons un très bon souvenir. Merci à l’hôte qui est à l’écoute et très arrangeant.!"

"Das Haus ist sehr ordentlich. Kann das Anwesen nur empfehlen. Sehr nett eingerichtet. Toller WARMER Pool. Bei den Matratzen sollte man nachbessern. Einige sind durch gelegen. Beim Fernsehen: Leider nur franz. und spanische Programme. Küche war gut ausgestattet."

"Villa was over a mile to beach ,property had not been cleand properly ie dirty under the beds empty water bottles in bedroom drawers and sweet wapers ,fridge door didnt always close ,only to wine glasses for 10 people, handrail came off in someone's hand in the first hour ,it did get fixed same day ,was charged for cleaning for when leave which wasnt refunded even though it wasn't clean on arrival, whould i use goldholm again MOST DEFINITELY NOT"

"Das beste Ferienhaus, das wir je besucht haben. Alles war perfekt: Das Haus ist sauber, frisch und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen, und die tolle Outdoorküche war ein Highlight, sowie der beheizte Pool. Die Lage ist sehr Zentral, man ist in 15 Minuten am Strand, Restaurants etc..Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! "

"Lovely villa and beautifully furnished with everything you would need for your stay. Situated in a quiet area with a supermarket 5 mins walk away. Unfortunatley on arrival the pool was dirty, the water was so murky you could not see the bottom, also a greasy scum line all round the pool at water level. It appeared the pool had not been cleaned for sometime. The pool man was due to arrive on Monday but did not turn up. After communicating with the owner the pool was finally cleaned to an...

"Nous avons passé un super séjour dans la villa rouge qui est adapté pour des vacances en famille. Chacun trouve son espace. L'endroit est idéal pour accès aux commerces et à la plage. Sandra a été parfaite pour l'accueil et les infos nécessaires au bon déroulement du séjour ainsi que très réactive pour une intervention durant la semaine. Bon équipement de la villa, piscine très bien entretenue. Seul petit bémol déjà signalé dans les autres commentaires : quelques remontées d'odeur d'égouts mais...

"The property was in a quiet location but had lovely views of the canal & attached swimming pool. The kitchen was well equipped but a kettle would have been useful for making cups of tea. The facilities were good but the balcony got very hot even at breakfast time so a parasol or some sort of shade would have been great."
