"I needed a hotel close to the airport. From the pictures and being the Radisson, I expected more. My non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes and had a burn mark in the chair. Whatever. Asked for a different room and they brought me to another. Jacuzzi was cracked significantly. Stayed in original room. Stand up shower leaks water to the main bathroom. Flooded outside everytime you shower. It just becomes uncomfortable. Staff are really pleasant and accommodating though so that's why I called it...

"It was a great stay. Wonderful staff and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Only issues were there was water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom which could turn moldy that was just painted over and there was a dog in the back of the hotel that barked for hours upon hours all throughout the night. The air conditioning also did not work well so it was pretty hot and difficult to sleep "

"The apartment had all the facilities, e.g. washing machine, strong WiFi, etc. except microwave which expects. There were many restaurants, cafes and small provision shops nearby, even a taxi stand. Ataturk Boulevard and Kizilay station are a 15-20 minute walk. However, during our stay hot water was a recurring problem.
