I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. First, none of the staff speak English, so we had to rely on Google Translate for everything. The room itself, aside from the poor view and lack of cleanliness, had a strong, unpleasant smell (a mix of smoke and sewage). Housekeeping was nonexistent, and overall, it wasn’t a pleasant place to stay. Unless you’re looking for a budget-friendly option in the Kizilay area and don’t mind the drawbacks, I’d suggest staying elsewhere. The only positive aspect is the location.

The rooms were very dirty. Even though we had pne of the Most extensive room, suit with jacuz, ir was half used bottles with Shampoo left, Haie in the jacuzzi, trash on the wardrobe and used slippers. The room was bot cleaned Daily at all, and there was coffe and tea for dree, but also used Cups. Unlike in the decrption and the staff does not care at all.

The air conditioner was broken and no cold air came out. I claimed the problem and the hotel staff checked it, but they said it was "working" and that it was just blowing air, and of course there was no cold air coming out. I booked this hotel without realizing that it was a non-smoking hotel, so I spent the whole night in a hot, muggy room with a broken air conditioner. The unbelievable experience continued when the staff double-booked my room and assigned it to another guest, who opened the door to my room while I was there. We looked at each other and together we put in a complaint to reception. Also, strangely, there is no trash can in the room. Although it was only one night, I would not recommend it for foreign travelers.

ansızın rahatsız edici sesler
Ankaraya işim dolayısıyla kongreye gelmiştim. haliyle kongreye erken gidip geç dönüp dinlenmek için de odaya gelip uyumak doğal hakkımdır diye düşünüyorum.ancak uyumak ne mümkün oluyor ansızın bi cırıltı sesleri, bu zevkten mi artık veya acıdan mı bilinmez ama epey bi rahatsız ediciydi. bu sorunun çözülmesini rica ederim.

Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Karlı Ankara günlerinde sıcacık bir konaklamaydı. Petekleri kapatmak zorunda bile kaldık. Konumu harika. Kızılay meydan yürüyerek 5dk. Odanın dizaynı harika. Temiz. Çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

Hotelde farklı zamanlarda 6 gece konaklama deneyimim oldu. Hepsinden ziyadesiyle memnun kaldım. En çok hoşuma giden detay ışıklandırmalar ve hotelin konumu. Resepsiyondaki hanımefendiler de oldukça kibarlar. Gayet temiz, koridorları bile oda parfümü kokan bir hotel.

Oda genişti, güzeldi. Ancak bizim burayı özellikle seçme sebebimiz olan jakuzi hiç de tatmin edici değildi. Çok küçüktü. Fotoğraftakine benzemiyordu. Yine onu da görmezden gelebilirdim eğer ki kaloriferler açılsaydı. Ankara gibi bi şehirde kış gelmişken, dışarıda kar yağarken kaloriferler 4 kez arayıp söylememe rağmen çalıştırılmadı. Klimayı kullanmak istedim ısıtıcı olarak. Ancak ona rağmen resepsiyonda bana kışın klima kumandalarının toplandığı onun yerine kaloriflerlerin kullandığı söylendi. Odada iki gece boyu donduk. Temizliği ve oda genişliği dışında bi tek TV olması bir artı olarak söylenebilir. Benim deneyimim bu şekildeydi.
