"Whenever we needed new towels, the housekeeping staff would drop everything to accommodate us immediately. They would even shorten their lunch hour to meet our needs. The housekeeping employees work hard, they provide high quality care and services, they are dedicated to their job, and they go above and beyond 100 percent. "Very nice hotel along the waterfront in the very nice town of Porto. Staff was very friendly and even gave us one of his own Ibuprofen when we asked where we could find some. Unfortunately, we were feeling a little under the weather so did not get the full experience we could have. Excellent views from the roof top bar that also served a good selection of snacks and drinks. The waterfront is immediately in front of the hotel and offers a great opportunity to walk or jog for miles along the Duoro River. We would definitely stay here again."

"Bad experience, found a live roach in the room, the A/C wouldn’t work (in spite of front desk programming it, it went off shortly after), the lights wouldn’t work until front attendant came to turn on breaker. No bar soap to wash hands. Base boards and floor in room looked filthy. Booked two rooms and both had similar problems. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was reasonable. Selected hotel based on good rating and positive reviews on hotels.com; however, these were obviously misleading."

"This is a super hotel close to everything in Badajoz. The staff were outstanding in their customer service and the hotel is superb. The breakfast there is extremely packed with all kinds of foods that you will not leave hungry. They prepare just about every breakfast item you can think of. This hotel should be a five stars rating. I want to thank the hotel staff for a wonderful stay and truly recommend this hotel while in Badajoz. "

"Beautifully remodeled property. Very well appointed and comfortable. Located right in the middle of town, within easy access to shopping and 5 minute walk to Parking area. Can’t park nearby so don’t even try (damaged both bumpers after Google misdirected is down the narrow streets to a nearby unloading area). Better to park and carry your stuff. "
