"Lovely hotel but 25 i s to get warm water for the shower"

"Modern clean comfortable. Central location. Free parking lot 5 minutes away. Large kitchen for us to make our breakfast. Construction occurring behind the building. Noise starts at 10am. No issue as we only stayed one night. I expect a short term issue"

"Whenever we needed new towels, the housekeeping staff would drop everything to accommodate us immediately. They would even shorten their lunch hour to meet our needs. The housekeeping employees work hard, they provide high quality care and services, they are dedicated to their job, and they go above and beyond 100 percent. "Very nice hotel along the waterfront in the very nice town of Porto. Staff was very friendly and even gave us one of his own Ibuprofen when we asked where we could find some. Unfortunately, we were feeling a little under the weather so did not get the full experience we could have. Excellent views from the roof top bar that also served a good selection of snacks and drinks. The waterfront is immediately in front of the hotel and offers a great opportunity to walk or jog for miles along the Duoro River. We would definitely stay here again."

"Beautifully remodeled property. Very well appointed and comfortable. Located right in the middle of town, within easy access to shopping and 5 minute walk to Parking area. Can’t park nearby so don’t even try (damaged both bumpers after Google misdirected is down the narrow streets to a nearby unloading area). Better to park and carry your stuff. "
