"This is a great place to stay for a couple visiting Kitchener. Cindy was an excellent host and provided everything we needed. Parking was excellent as we had use of the whole driveway. For anyone having to visit St Mary's Hospital, this place is only a 5 minute drive. Thanks again Cindy for everything right down to the chocolates on the pillow. "We stayed the weekend. We had a wedding to attend. It was very close to the venue. It was clean nicely stocked with everything you could need. There were cold drinks waiting in the fridge, coffee ready to go. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"We stayed at the gingerbread house for a family wedding. John was super nice and flexible with our check in time which was greatly appreciated as it allowed us to get ready for a formal wedding and still have a bit of time to unwind after our drive. The home was charming, quaint, very comfortable, and we would definitely stay there again."

"This unit was not as advertised - nowhere near luxury or chic. Photo was deceiving as unit was way underground and was old and tired. I ended up not staying there at all and forfeited the money I paid! "

"L'appartement était pratique, plutôt bien équipé et calme (on entend quand même la chasse d'eau et la TV du propriétaire qui habite au dessus). Par contre, nous n'avions pas lu le règlement qui interdit la consommation de viande, poisson, oeuf. Nous avons respecté mais ça nous a gâché le séjour. "

"My Mom’s 87 year old friend and her daughter age 67 stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Mom from out of town. The owner was very responsive to my comments and requests and as long as he follows through on these, this is a great place to stay in Waterloo with easy access to downtown Waterloo and the universities. Restaurants are a 20 minute walk away."

"The property is very well maintained. Amenities are great. I did get a chance to use the treadmill and it was a good experience. The email communication was great however it was a bit too much. Seems to be getting emails from two different sources (the management company and the owner perhaps?) with duplicated information. That should be simplified.
