"The apartment is modern and comfortable, but the customer service was shockingly bad. I did not receive any check in information in advance, and an hour before check in I received a call from an unidentified agent asking me not to yell anyone in the building that I had booked a short term rental. A half hour before check in, I finally received an email with key pick up info, and only then discovered that the key was a 40 minute walk from the apartment. I called the number back to ask if there...

"The apartment was clean and organized. We stayed with family, it was clean , had nice lounge where we can work peacefully. Grocery and convenient store just accross the road that opens till 12 midnight. We drove to niagra falls and toronto downtown without rush. Host was very responsive and answered all questions we had. I recommened this place to stay."

"It did the trick for us.The beds were comfortable but it does need some repairs and the walls washed. There were very few towels 2 bath one hand towel, no face cloths, so we had to purchase some. There is no couches, just 2 kitchen stools. The floors made my feet black so definitely need to be washed and the shower is in need of a thorough cleaning"

"The condo met the things that are most important to me. Comfortable bed, great location, outdoor space, Smart TV, King bed, clean, dishwasher & air conditioning. After a couple days it felt like home which is great for an extended stay. The owner was super easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. Looking forward to staying again."
