"Everything was good except the TV is of a poor quality and the channels are really randomly organised. Also the fire alarm went off at 6:30am and there was no explanation of why that happened!!!"

"The Da Vere Cotswold Water park hotel, has great facilities, good size bedroom and very comfortable beds. Food on the Brasserie was excellent but quite a limited dinner menu. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Some staff were exceptional ( Barbara) and a man who welcomed us into the restaurant yesterday evening. "Easy to get to off the M5, just keep in the right hand lane to turn right as the sign isnt very big or easy to see at night. If you miss it just drive out the services, back around the roundabout across the motorway and back into the services. Restaurant food was nice, we had the steak. We didnt have breakfast as left at 4am. This is the second time we have stayed. Would stay again as good value."

"Visited for a family funeral recently and the staff were so kind, polite and helpful. Greeted with a smile at every occasion and a warm Cooke on check in. Breakfast was lovely, not greasy and plenty to choose from. Gym was well equipped and air conditioned. Pool was warm and clean. I stayed in the newly refurbished rooms which were clean and spacious.
