"So apparently they give you a lower rate to not be on the runway side. I was on the third floor, which was a little difficult to find the hallway that was locked to access your rooms, which I liked that it was at least secure, but my room faced the main roadway to the airport and being on the third floor, it was extremely noisy. I suspect if the floor had been higher, it would not have been noisy. I previously stayed on the runway side and actually it was quieter. The front desk person was not...

"Area around the property could use another restaurant or two. The one available must have been great because it was completely full and one couldn’t get a reservation until later. "

"This is a great hotel! The staff were friendly, my room was spacious and clean, parking is free, and the proximity to the Mall of America is great. The only issue is how close to the airport it is. It was so loud and planes are consistently flying over of course, so it was really difficult to sleep. There isn’t much the hotel can do to prevent that but if you’re looking for a spot that is quiet, this is not it. "

"Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is fantastic. We booked a King Suite and really liked the way the room was set up. One thing I personally did not care for was the doors on rollers for the bathroom and the bedroom. Moreso the bathroom door as it does not provide the very good privacy."
