I really appreciate your professionalism Matthew. The hotel was clean, tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was ok and I appreciated the chef making perfect scrambled eggs without lactose. Happy to stay there again. "

"The lodge room was cozy and comfortable. Very comfortable beds and very clean. There were many great amenities in the room like hot plate, toaster oven, mini fridge, and tea kettle. The shower had amazing water pressure and after long days of activities in Edinburgh like Arthur's seat, it was just what we needed to feel fresh and relaxed. I loved the heilan coos right outside.They were so cute and ended up being the only ones I saw on my trip to Scotland. Wished I could pet them but I understand. When I was stood taking pictures of them, my hand brushed up against a plant that had my finger stinging badly for a few hours. Not sure what it was, some type of nettle maybe? But it would be nice if those were removed from areas where guests may come into contact. Overall I would recommend orchard house lodges for anyone wanting a low key, cozy and comfortable get away in the countryside."
