"Absolutely beautifully decorated home. Exactly as pictured. Fresh flowers in all the rooms. Welcoming basket of goodies awaited our arrival. This house was located close enough to walk the entire historic district. Two parking spots was a great bonus. Great places to eat just a couple minutes walk away. Would highly recommend this property and these owners!"

"My friends and I stayed for a long weekend. The location of this beautiful home is perfect! It’s in a quiet development that we felt very safe coming in and out at all hours. Also, only a 5-10 minute drive just about anywhere! The only thing that I would like to say is there are a lot of stairs so if you have knee problems be warned. We would 100% stay here again!! "

"My husband and I loved staying in this little cottage for 3 days. It was cheerful and roomy--especially with the addition of a private patio in the back. I discovered a record player when I first walked in and ended up playing a few old favorites from the record collection. The house is in walking distance to Forsyth Circle and other wonderful historic places in Savannah. We loved having a washer and dryer, and a well appointed kitchen for cooking. We have such a pleasant memory of our stay...

"Stayed a couple night for visit in town. Great location, very walkable to Broughton. Loved having off street parking. Would stay again."

"We had a blast! Savannah was beautiful and easy to navigate. This property was perfectly located - we did have a rental car, but nothing was more than a 5 minute drive. The property is very nice and was very clean. "

"This property was perfect for our stay. It was roomy, nicely furnished and very clean. The location was great and within walking distance to several restaurants and bars."

"The inside of the house is organized. The carpet and rugs have a lot of animal hair which kept sticking to our clothing. We have people who are allergic to cats and dogs so this was an issue for us. There was a broken floor board in one of the rooms and a nail sticking out too. We saw cockroaches in the bathroom. The beds are comfortable and there was sufficient supply of towels. The location of the property is within a reasonable distance to all touristy stuff. "

"Our family had a great stay at Andrew’s townhome! The house was as described- the rooms upstairs were spacious, everything we needed was in the home. The walk to the historic area was not too far- there are also restaurants or too far away from the house. We hope to return to Savannah and stay here again!"

"Love the property and the location being within walking distance to river street was a plus. The only downside was you could hear everything from the street if you are sleeping on the pullout sofa. "

"Good place to stay, right down town. Easy access. Architectural find! Love all the space inside felt like a home. Only thing to improve were the pocket doors, they never staye open. Fix that and it would be perfect. "
