"We are in our 70's and stayed the month of Aug 2024. Ellie was very responsive to our needs, even adding a window air conditioner to the downstairs bedroom because the weather on our arrival was very hot. We had our 3 grandkids visit (from Chicago) while we were there and they really enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. There are 6 Adirondack chairs outside around a fire pit. There's also a table with an umbrella and four 'bar height' chairs for outside seating. The interior was comfy and...

"Overall a great venue. Quiet except for the large barking dog upstairs occasionally. The amenities could use an update. This was supposed to sleep 4 but there was only one hand towel and 2 wash cloths. There were 8 towels that appeared to come from the owner's house after years of use (threadbare). There were only 3 coffee cups and mismatched glasses (4) and silverware. There was 1 kitchen towel. The entry carpet was thin and curled up on the corner creating a safety hazard.
