the man working the night shift was EXTREMELY rude. the vending machine eats money, and they will literally ignore you right in your face when you try to ask them about it. made me feel silly for asking questions, and just overall turned me off. the hot tub also doesn’t work, which they don’t tell you upon check in. stay at the baymont

We waited 25 min at the front desk for someone to come and check us in to our room. Staff did come down and make themselves some tea, and then left without checking us in, then later a different person came and checked us in. The rooms (331) need a thorough deep clean, the floor of the tub is dirty, there was a sticky substance on the table that i cleaned off, there was red staining all over the door to the bedroom. The worst part though was when we returned to our room at 1230, and it was 56 degrees. It took 2 hours for the heating unit to get the room to a sort of warm 68. We did call to the front desk, and were not surprised when no one answered.
