"As were travelling via the Spirit of Tasmania the the proximity was excellent and we could see the ferry from our window. The room was clean and bar and dining facilities were on the property."

"A beautifuly, well equipped and comfortable facility. Worth walking the 25 steps up to the upper level as all of those rooms have been newly renovated. There is shared terrace area that overlooks the river. If you are there at the right time you may even see the Spirit of Tasmania sailing up the river. "

"This was excellent value for money. Train and truck noise is an issue for rooms facing street. Not venues fault but be aware. The rear access driveway is gravel loose and problem for motorcycles as it's quite steep and curved sharply. I would stay here again. Staff were great. Place was clean meals were high quality and well priced. Service excellent and staff really helpful and cheerful."
